I’m from Sweden and heard about Norbert on a forum about pilonidal sinuses. In Sweden we have no specialist in pilonidal disease and no one does the cleft lift. I thought I will give it a chance and I went for a consultation. The clinic has great staff and Dr Norbert is amazing. You can tell he have a lot of knowledge about the disease and actually does an ultra sound to see how it look beneath the skin, which they won’t do in sweden. I went for the cleft lift and the surgery is not bad at all. The recovery has been super smooth! All I can say is that Norbert is great and will help you anytime, any day if you have any problems and concerns. A doctor that really cares for his patients. You really can’t ask for more. As someone who had undergone several miserable experiences with pilonidal cysts before, my spirits had been severely crippled at the prospect of having to deal with such a painful and demanding matter, however, I've felt nothing but confidence ever since I made my appointment to have the Bascom Cleft Lift, which, although had many trials of it's own, feels most definitely a worthwhile decision and investment for getting my life back together. Najlepsza rekomendacja wykonana zabiegu usunięcia torbieli pilonidalnej w tej klinice niech będzie to, że po zabiegu wsiadałem i spokojnie wróciłem do domu prowadząc auto. 3 dni po zabiegu byłem w stanie wysiedzieć i zbudować model z klocków Lego. 6 tygodniu po zabiegu wróciłem do jazdy na rowerze. Pan doktor po wielu latach przywrócił mi radość z życia!:) W Pilonidal Clinic przeszłam operację związaną z usunięciem torbieli włosowej. Sam zabieg był poprzedzony konsultacją chirurgiczną podczas której Pan doktor bardzo dokładnie opowiedział mi jak będzie przebiegał zabieg oraz co będzie działo się po nim. Zabieg Bascom Cleft Lift jest naprawdę komfortowym przeżyciem (tak, cały czas mówię o operacji) porównując doznania związane z wcześniejszą operacją wykonywaną inną metodą kilka lat wcześniej w innej klinice. Podczas zabiegu panowała bardzo miła i komfortowa atmosfera. Okres rekonwalescencji również nie był niczym strasznym. Pan doktor jest bardzo kompetentny, troskliwy, pomocny oraz empatyczny. Pomoc takiego fachowca jest warta każdej ceny. Oprócz ogromnego zadowolenia z faktu, iż w końcu mogę żyć normalnie oraz tego jak dobrze przebiegł cały okres rekonwalescencji jestem również maksymalnie zadowolona z efektu estetycznego (tego jak wyglada blizna pooperacyjna). The highest praise for top class medical and surgical care from Dr Zapotoczny and his amazing team. I am from Ireland and I was in a seriously bad situation, I was having infections every 2-3 weeks and antibiotics were not working. The pain was entirely unbearable and after a failed drain and pack surgery in Ireland that took me over 6 months to even slightly recover from, I knew I could not go through that operation again with such a low success rate. I found Dr Zapotoczny's clinic from researching on Google and it was the best decision I ever made in my life to go as soon as I possibly could. I travelled over to him with an active infected abcess, I was alone and in a lot of pain and had huge anxiety as I had never been to Poland before and I did not speak the language. He was able to help me as soon as he saw me. As soon as I entered the clinic I felt safe and every single member of staff was so kind. My lack of Polish was never once an issue and I had the best medical care I have ever experienced. The nurse present during my surgery was an angel who kept me not only calm but even managed to make me laugh. I can never thank any of you enough. The aftercare I received was once again world class. Even though I was alone in Poland I never once actually felt alone because I knew I had contact with Dr Zapotoczny and the clinic who showed such care, empathy and skill from the moment they met me. Every question answered with a logical answer in a way I could understand. The clinic itself is beautiful, has impeccable hygiene and a relaxing and calm atmosphere. The recovery from surgery was great. I knew that like all surgery, there would be some pain and swelling but this pain was nothing compared to the constant pain I lived in before the cleft lift procedure which in turn made it very manageable for me. It's been about 4 months since my surgery. No infections, no pain other than some expected nerve pain here and there during the healing process. I can exercise, I can live a life again. I am not in constant fear of infections and antibiotics. If you are struggling with this condition, I cannot recommend going here highly enough. Après 8 mois de galères avec ma cicatrisation et une coupure de toute vie sociale, à 29 ans, j’étais prêt à tout pour en finir avec cette histoire. Une semaine après l’opération, je suis rentré chez moi sans problème, et M. Zapotoczny est resté disponible par message dès que j’avais la moindre question. Z całego serca chciałabym wyrazić ogromne uznanie dla zespołu medycznego, a przede wszystkim dla doktora Norberta Zapotocznego za perfekcyjnie przeprowadzony zabieg usunięcia torbieli pilonidalnej. Już podczas pierwszej wizyty wiedziałam, że to właśnie temu lekarzowi powierzę swoje zdrowie – jako jedyny spośród kilku specjalistów, u których wcześniej byłam, wskazał leczenie przyczyny, a nie tylko objawów. To podejście wzbudziło moje pełne zaufanie i przekonanie, że trafiłam w dobre ręce. Sam zabieg został przeprowadzony w sposób profesjonalny, bezstresowo i w pełnym komforcie. Doktor wykazał się nie tylko wiedzą i precyzją, ale również empatią i spokojem, które pozwoliły mi przejść przez całą procedurę z poczuciem bezpieczeństwa. Atmosfera podczas zabiegu była bardzo przyjazna, wręcz domowa – co w przypadku tak intymnego i stresującego problemu miało dla mnie ogromne znaczenie. Dodatkowo od razu po zabiegu mogłam wrócić do domu. Kilka dni po zabiegu obecność drenu może trochę ograniczać ruchy, ale to naprawdę drobnostka. Rana goiła się około dwóch tygodni, a personel bardzo dokładnie wytłumaczył mi, jak należy postępować z raną, by wszystko przebiegało prawidłowo. Szczególne podziękowania kieruję również do pani Beatki, która z ogromną cierpliwością i troską wspierała mnie w czasie gojenia się rany kiedy miałam dodatkowe pytania. Dziekuje również personelowi kliniki za uprzejmość oraz pełną elastyczność w podejściu do pacjenta. Bez problemu udało się dostosować termin wizyty do moich potrzeb, a wszelkie formalności były załatwiane sprawnie i z uśmiechem. Efekt wizualny po zabiegu przerósł moje oczekiwania, gojenie przebiegało bardzo dobrze. Operowana okolica podoba mi się bardziej niż przed zabiegiem. Z pełnym przekonaniem polecam tę klinikę.
